WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Every item from our Local Crew brand is made in Tennessee. We make some smaller orders in our Nashville facility and larger orders (200+ pieces) at our manufacturing facility in Smithville, TN.

We are happy to schedule a date and time to have you stop by our office and showroom to meet or have an order consultation. CAN I VISIT YOUR FACTORY IN SMITHVILLE?
Operating since the 1940s, our manufacturing facility is a working garment factory located sixty miles east of the greater Nashville area in Smithville, TN. If you are interested in the garment-making process and would like a tour of the Smithville plant, click here to request an appointment.
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
We will work with minimums as low as 100 per style and color. We are proud to offer low minimum order quantities and are passionate in helping our clients get their desired product with quality they deserve. DO YOU OFFER BULK QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
We do offer our bulk quantity discount to all customers! Meaning if you buy 24 or 400 you are getting the lowest price that we can offer. We are more than happy to discuss larger orders (750+) and can share what that cost will look like based upon your custom fabric and color selections. We understand the cost challenges of growing a business and make it our goal to extend the best pricing no matter the order size.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
We always have samples of our fabrics and garment styles which can be sent out within 48 hours of your request. Any larger orders are “made to order”— this means that the total number of units will dictate the turn around time. These timeframes will be negotiated more fully when we discuss the order with you.
ARE YOUR GARMENTS PRE-SHRUNK?
We work directly with our fabric mill in Los Angeles to launder all of our fabric before it gets to us. This ensures that any shrinkage that may happen will be minimal. With all of our garments, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentler cycle, then either air dry, hang dry, or dry on a delicate setting to reduce any shrinkage or distortion. (Fabric and care details can also be found on the label sewn into the side seam of all our garments).
HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE?

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS COME TAGGED?
To ensure greater comfort for your customers, our shirts come with only one soft tag sewn into the wearer’s left side seam. Say goodbye to cutting out those itchy, scratchy tags in the neckline! It has been our goal to simplify the process for our clients to use their own tags and labels (which can either be sewn or printed to the neck of the shirt). The information listed on our side seam tag will always contain the following details: Size, Care, Content and "MADE IN TENNESSEE".
DO YOU OFFER SCREEN PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY?
We absolutely do! We have partnered with very talented local screen printers and embroiderers to offer you a fully finished product, which will then be delivered directly to you! We make it our goal to ensure the quality of your product and will help you determine the best process for your printing and embroidery needs. We offer competitive rates and wonderful quality on every order!
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Please inspect your merchandise before screen printing or embroidering. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.
DO YOU OFFER ORDER FULFILLMENT?
Absolutely! We work with our sister company in Fayetteville, Arkansas to offer you a complete experience. We can ship product directly to your stores, assist with your online fulfillment, and can deliver products directly to your customers (and with great shipping rates too)!
