Shipping Methods

When you place your order with us we will work with you based on your location to find the right shipping method for you.  We like to ship fed-ex from Nashville for the most part (they have the best rates from Nashville) and can accomodate any specific deliery needs that you might have such as: 

RUSH Shipping:
We are happy to accommodate any rush shipping you may need.  Please let us know when placing your order your absolute latest delivery date.  From there we can determine what we need to do to get it there and get a you q quote based on your order quantity.  Once a package has been processed for shipping we cannot change the shipping speed. 

Using your account: 
We are also happy to use your Fed-Ex or UPS account number to ship your order.  Please let us know that you prefer this method upon placing your order.  We will also need the carrier, account number and billing address prior to shipping.  Delays in getting any of the above info can delay your shipment.  We cannot at this time ship USPS or DHL.

 

Drop Ship:
We can also ship an order in multiple boxes to multiple locations.  We will need a PO stating what will go to each location and what the shipping address is prior to taking the order or getting you a shipping quote.

Returns & Exchanges

Once you receive your order please inspect each garment immediately.  You will have 10 days from the delivery date to file a return or exchange claim on your merchandise.  Please do this prior to any finishing (screen printing, embroidery, applique, etc.) as once it has been decorated we can no longer accept any returns on ANY merchandise.  Returns will not be accepted past the 10 day period under any circumstances.

Please call us Sarah 615-618-5123 or email at sarah.mallory@omegaapparel.us with any returns or exchanges to receive to Return Authorization number.  We cannot accept any returns without approval.  If we receive a box without a RA# on the outside or inside of the box we will not be able to process the return and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  Once you have talked with us and have received your RA# please write it on the outside of the box and ship it to:
